Not again!

One of three road closures which I encountered on my bike ride today. Thankfully I was able to squeeze past the works on them all, which saved me diverting onto big busy main roads, and potentially adding miles onto my ride!
It seems they are all preparatory works for electric cables coming in from the Hornsea 3 offshore windfarm in the North Sea.
