Eleven

My reading rate has definitely increased with the holidays but this is the first 2024 book that I have been able to read outside.  It's the ninth book in a series, as good as ever and a satisfying read. The good weather certainly increased my productivity - and not just my reading. I have mowed the lawn, tied some roses in, emptied the laundry basket and baked banana bread. Bailey has enjoyed being out in the garden as well. He's had two walks and a trip to the vets for his vaccinations. And, most significantly, I also made the decision to buy a new car today. I'm really pleased with the car and the deal and will pick it up a week on Saturday. It's very exciting.
