Holy Cross, Bearsted

Two visits to the Holy Cross. This morning to recce for display boards and tables and this evening to attend a Borough Council Hustings event organised by BearstedCAN questioning the candidates standing in the forthcoming local elections.

Both visits had other benefits. Ladies were doing flowers for a wedding this weekend so we were able to ask how the funeral flowers might be used in the church. We also had a conversation with the organist about hymns and music.

After the evening meeting we were given instruction on how to use the TV screen during the service. Only the PowerPoint to construct now.
