Watching a Water Lily!

Went to St Andrews Botanic Garden today - threatened with closure so needs much support. My sister and I have been there a few times and recommend it to anyone visiting St Andrews. Only a few water lilies were flowering and most of them were in the middle of the pond. I looked up Google to find the Latin name for these wonderful plants - NYMPHAEACEAE - I can type it but pronounce it most definitely NOT!
