A wet morning in Oban

John headed to the hospital to chase an appointment, not totally unproductive, I had another treatment booked with the osteopath. I doubt there is a miracle cure, I am pleased to feel an improvement a few days after each appointment although wary about doing too much and setting it back.

On the return ferry journey, on our favourite vessel the Isle of Mull, I asked for a hot chocolate made with oat milk, the jolly man on the upper deck cafe said ‘no problem’, it was very good, far better than the machine made drink in the main cafe. He was very chatty, apparently not looking forward to retiring….. sadly the Isle of Mull ferry is to be moved off to other places for a while, no more Belgian hot chocolate for some time. At least with the summer time table there are two ferries operating between Mull and Oban.

When stood outside taking the main blip it wasn’t raining and surprisingly warm.
