Hoop-petticoat daffodil

These tiny flowers are Narcissus bulbocodium or hoop-petticoat daffodils. They were planted in grass nearly three years ago - they are supposed to do well in grass - but this is the first time any of them have flowered. They were very difficult to photograph today because of the high wind. I think they look cheerful enough for the Community challenge "yellow".
