Sunshine and Showers

A lovely bright dry morning for the monthly Mental Health Swim group. The Nutella and orange pastries went down very well and we had a bumper turn out which was lovely to see! Then it was home for a run in the rain and a hot shower. Izzy the hearing dog came over for a visit and a walk. Then it was chilled afternoon of pottering.
