The flowers this year though few have been beautiful and the palm is showing signs of life so will be planted out when I get back from Greece!

Meanwhile inside the flat extras of my living room! Can’t possibly show you the overstuffed bedroom! The doors in the living room will be replaced with UPVC ones and the padding with a bit extra shoved back into the void and two layers of plaster board put up!
