Beautiful mild , DRY nearly sunny morning for Parkrun . I ran ( rather than walked the dog) for the first time in yonks . Didn’t injure myself , didn’t come last and was first in my age bracket . Happy :0) Celebrated with a coffee in the cafe after.
Looked after the ponies in the eve and learned that the Bluebells are not native Irish ones, but a hybrid that is taking over (the grey squirrel equivalent of bluebells )!
Over to Catherine’s for Helen T’s delicious birthday dinner. An Italian themed foodie evening with much fun and lots of dogs ( she has 9)! Timmy the neglected rescued 10 month old Bedlington Terrier took a real fancy to Mike. Very sweet . A very late night .
