An Apple a Day

Last night we had a family dinner at Graham and Bec's, partly a belated celebration of Helen's birthday which Graham missed due to his playing in his cricket team's final.
Today we went across the road to the monthly Farmers' Markets where the twins enjoyed playing in this copse of trees in the park.
They have just left to return home.

An update on the valley situation:
The road is still closed but there is limited pedestrian access. No need for us to go down yet.
As for the pig situation, an aerial cull was carried out over 4 days last week and they shot 488 pigs plus 150 feral deer, 6 goats and 2 foxes. This included a couple of neighbouring areas but still seems a pretty good result. It will no doubt lessen the excitement for us for a while.
