Flexibility

Last night Amelia and her mum and dad decided she should not take part in the Bradford competition tomorrow as she really wasn’t very well. She was upset but once decided, she was relieved and rested.
This morning she felt a bit better and wanted to do her off ice flexibility exercises with a Kelly Buddery livestream. Bella lay down and watched and Frankie the cat was observing the goings on too.
Melanie brought me back to Sabrina’s and we’ve spent the day chilling in front of the woodburner.
