Vertical siesta

We walked into the centre last evening and witnessed yet another fiesta - much trad dancing and band playing to celebrate a young woman’s coming of age at 15. She wore an enormous - meringue dress and was accompanied by a group of young men plus lots of adults in party gear. Fireworks and lots of excitement! Astonishing - we thought we were watching a wedding party but we were put right by a young Mexican woman. I had only taken my iPhone with me so I am guessing my relaxing Mexican man is better seen on a small screen :)
