Enjoying a relaxing paddle

A beautiful start to the morning so after taking Keta for a pavement walk I headed to Maxwell Park for a walk round the pond before church ......  it too many people around at 8.30!

The pair of Goosanders have returned and were both snoozing and going where the movement of the water took them. By the time I had completed my circuit their heads were up and there was just a little more activity.

Made it to church in plenty of time for our 10am start. Then it was home to take Keta for a final walk round the block before Morna came to collect her. Don't think I'm needed again for dog sleepovers till the end of August.
