Ladybird, Ladybird

It's been a nice day after the rain passed but there's been a wicked wind blowing.

I found this 7 spot ladybird indoors on the carpet and thought he needed rescuing. I picked him up very carefully so I could release him but then I thought he might do a bit of life modelling first. I got him some leaves to wander about on and took a couple of in- camera focus stacks first. S/he didn't seem all that well, probably got a bit dried out and hungry without any greenfly to eat so I quickly put her out in the hope she'd recover.
