Halibut

Halibut with leek and mustard sauce, and salad with sesame, calamansi, and pecan tamari vinaigrette. Wine: Andrew Murray Viognier 2022.

This was all quite good. My husband, who spent his middle school years in the Philippines, was a little disappointed he couldn't have a calamansi vinaigrette at a restaurant recently because it did not use a gluten free soy sauce. I picked up some frozen calamansi juice for a couple of filipino dishes I'm making in the next couple weeks, so I figured out how to make a quite nice version of vinaigrette tonight.
