Fitting the Washout Plugs

Refitting the boiler washout plugs into No.10's boiler. They get removed to allow the boiler to be washed out and for the boiler inspector to be able to see inside the boiler. They have to be correctly engaging with the thread when screwing them back in due to the steam pressure that they under.
