Box tree caterpillars

Frances has got a devastated box plant in her garden and turns out there is another one down the road from Lindsay.  Consequently Tuesday Tea (the source of much useful information) find out there is a big problem in the UK, and it's spreading.  If you want to report an occurrence the RHS would be very glad of the information.  There is a link on the page that I've shared.

In better horticultural news I just discovered that the fabulous hostas, at the front of the house, and which I'd almost given up on, are sprouting.
