TB testing

Today was the first day of two for the test.  Fingers crossed but one can never tell whether we will be totally clear or not.  If we get a reactor it is transported to a special place to be killed and got rid of and a compensation is paid out to the farmer supposedly for its value but nowadays the amount is usually too low.  Then the whole lot are tested again after a certain length of time and so it goes on ....

During this time I went for coffee with K in her beautiful thatched cottage in the village.  In the afternoon, walked across the farm and on my return the testing was soon over.  It usually takes a whole day of the vet's time.
