A broken branch

It had to happen....all this wind has damaged quite a few plants.  But I was very sad to see that the wind had broken a branch from the lilac tree.  I have cut some of the beautifully scented blooms and brought them indoors.  The scent is wonderful but doesn't last very long.  Stay away, wind.....
