The bluebell Woods revisited

While out walking we headed to Cut Hedge Lane and walked past Watery Lane. Such wonderful names. I would love to know why Cut Hedge Lane is called so. Watery Lane is easy to understand as most of the time it is too wet to walk down. There’s a small stream that meets the Blackwater River just lately with all the rain it has been fast flowing.
