Debris

After 4 hours and 15 sets of roadworks we arrived in Gisborne. This area was ravaged by Cyclone Gabrielle in February 2023 - hence the road repairs and beach debris. Still a lovely place with stunning scenery. 

Our Airbnb cabin is on a small holding where they grow bananas, avocados and feijoas - host left a few for us to try … unique perfumey flavour, I liked it!
