Late sunbeams

A mostly cloudy day, but we did manage an afternoon walk where we saw a herdwick lamb only a few minutes old (extra). At about 8pm we were treated to the Sun appearing below thick cloud giving us some late evening spectacular rays. A contrasty scene that took great care in exposure and processing.
