rouille

Pierre's dad sent me home with some of his bouillabaisse. He also told me how to make the rouille.

Drove home this morning, called in at Mirabel for 20 mins, made it to Nyons for 1pm to say goodbye to Steph at Agnes' place, and then nipped in to SuperU for a few things.

Got home and watched the tennis for a while before attempting to make the rouille to have with Pierre's dad's soup. Took 2 eggs fresh out of the nesting box and put them in a bowl with mustard, salt and crushed garlic. Used an electric whisk to mix the ingredients and then started to add the oil. Looked and tasted great. Shiny stuff!
