Sandwich Bay

With some unexpected extra time in Swakopmund, we booked a couple of tours to see some of the sights while Shugs visits Mr A. Today we were driven through the dunes to Sandwich Bay, the site of an early local settlement, and then to pelican Point to see the Flamingoes. No-one could tell me why there were Flamingoes at Pelican Point. One of life’s mysteries I guess.
