Reigning at the party

Today was the garden party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse where the Queen was 'entertaining' thousands of guests from all walks of Scottish life and these are two of them. You can pretty much guarantee it's going to rain at this event and today didn't buck the trend. At least these two had the good sense to come prepared. Presumably members of the Dunlop clan, they were making their way down the Royal Mile to the Palace, but the lady is keeping her hat under cover in her Debenham's bag until just the right moment to reveal her crowning glory.

My invitation must have got lost in the post, but I couldn't have gone anyway, er.. I don't have the right colour of umbrella.
