Email from the Viking with a copy of the Urgent Manifestation and Motion that we be included at the hearings / negotiations with regards to the other case, because it directly affects the Compromise Agreement that concluded my case.  To be clear, we are not requesting inclusion with that other case, which doesn't involve me, but merely permission to sit at the table while it is being resolved, so that we would also have a voice.  According to him, he and the lawyers of the Opposition are still in warm and amicable speaking terms, and we will use this atmosphere to our advantage.  I certainly look forward to having resolved these new issues by the time the tulips start blooming again next year, preferably long before that.
