Behind the bar

There's a certain mystique about getting behind the bar, especially when it's a proper pub like the Prince of Wales in Iffley Village. Even the quizmaster came across all timid when invited to step the other side of the pumps. But the lovely landlady Lona invited us both for the handover of the proceeds from the previous charity pub quiz. On this occasion our knowledge of Greek monsters, English geography and the speed of the average sneeze gave us a fairly mediocre score - but all for a good cause!
