Seasonality

Strawberries made their first appearance at the little stand around the corner.  It's awfully early for strawberries.  But everything is in a hurry this year.

The strawberries will get sweeter - they always do.  And then in a couple of months, they'll disappear for this year.

There's a lot to be said for seasonality.  Eating produce when it is in season and hasn't been transported by plane from a polytunnel in Peru.

But that's just this old hippy's opinion.
