Wildflower Wednesday

Today we picked up Violet again from school and I managed to take my 'proper' camera with me to get some shots of the cowslips before they had done their brief dash.  I did get some shot of still in bloom cowslips but I did like this shot of several on a hill against a background of forest trees.  I'm not quite sure exactly which trees provided such a dark background, but I like the effect!
