"Golden Rain Tree"

Koelruteria paniculata, flowering in New South Wales. Sent to me by a friend for identification. The plant originates in China where I first saw it flowering in August 2000. Strange that it flowers in Australia now and in the UK in June! So what is it's true flowering period?
