Burano collage.

I hope you will forgive the collage made up from windows and shutters in Burano. It was a such a pretty place, but had some very worn shutters. There were quite a few buildings that had seen better days, with a number of derelict houses all over the island.

It must be so difficult to keep on top of the painting- we saw one elderly chap painting the outside of his house… with his wife directing him…
