What a day. Went into Staines to pick up a a book at Waterstones and order another from Canaan our local Christian book shop
I saw thdd we bus coming and ran for it. Big mistake . I ended up in A&E by ambulance . Bloods done, chest X-ray done ECG done shin and a brain scan. I assume they found one and there was nothing amiss there.
Chatted to my son all the time who was on duty in Calgary today . I am not looking a pretty sight. Badly cut eye brow which was glued together and now the bruise is spreading down the face. Got home at 6pm toughly from 11:30 when the paramedics picked me up.
At the pint of need the bus driver, Joe Public and NHS were very good .
Just thank full that no serious injury was done
