Bicycle +1

Tricycles have been around for a long time, but aren't often seen nowadays, and I came across this one at the running track in our local park. Nick, who organises cycling sessions for literally all ages for the Council, was running a session for older adults lacking confidence or with physical difficulties.  We got to know him when our grandson Arthur attended a balance bike session for 2/3 year olds.

So, I saw the bike and instantly thought of a friend, who doesn't want to join a group bike ride when we go on holiday together in June. Now she has no excuses!
