Industrial Living

The starkness of this stairwell for the apartment complex above the coffee shop I was at today really felt like an odd choice for a fancy living complex. I assume they're going for modern and minimal but it seemed soulless, industrial, and kinda like a prison. I'm sure it's lovely inside but this place definitely wouldn't be for me.
