Edinburgh day

Had a wee outing with MrKT up toon to Edinburgh.
Cycled in from Musselburgh stopping at Dr Neil’s Garden in the way. Much more colour than at home - everything just a bit ahead of us.
Then on to the Meadows and a coffee stop sitting in the sun. Yes, sun!
Then on to the main event - the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the National Museum of Scotland. Fabulous photos but also plenty of shocking images as climate changes and humans make increasing impact on the wildlife and environment. Left feeling a bit stunning. When we first used to see this annual exhibition way back in London days there was a small section showing environmental change - now it’s a common thread throughout.
Paused to take in the wonders of the NMS building - will need to revisit to have a good look round again.
