500 not out!

Today, my parkrun pal Kevin, and I, became the first runners to complete 500 runs at our home event. Town Moor parkrun, (formerly Newcastle parkrun) began in January 2010, and this morning's running was the 620th 

Conditions were great, and I managed to mark the occasion with my quickest time since last May. I'm approaching the 4km mark in the extra.
