Comma and Cake

Another day with sun , that’s two in a row!
Took Adele to look at plants at a couple of places l use, not garden centres l think they are far too expensive.
We both bought some.
Spent the rest of the morning looking at the London Marathon on TV.
A friend of Mr P’s : Geoff, who turned 80 on February 29th , so that makes him 20, right? :-)) ran today.
He was running to raise funds for Outside The Box a local community enterprise and cafe run for those with a disability and or autism.
I sent a donation on Just Giving and he replied asking me if he could dedicate the race to Mr P citing him as an exceptional friend and athletic coach who helped so many…how nice.
Was pleased to see he has raised £3,000 so far.
 Went for a short walk with Adele and Peggy, was a good test on my improving foot problem. We let Peggy run around a field smothered in dandelions and l saw my first butterfly of the year, wished l had taken my camera but a phone shot will have to surfice.
We called at Arlo on the way back as there was an outside table free and l had a flat white and some plum and almost cake, hit the spot nicely.
Just lazing about in the conservatory before l prepare some food for later.
Tim is getting quite excited about his Fantasy football team, the whole thing is a fantasy to me but l hope l am making the right replies when he tells me all the changing statistics.
