A few bits from the shop

Was what I was getting too this afternoon, earlier (extra) it was really lovely to be on the beach. One dog on a long lead and one off. 
We've had to give the beach a miss the last few days as Siofra has some kind of back issue which had her very subdued, she could run today, and did, but there was the occasional yelp of pain on turning. Will chat with the vet tomorrow.
