Life is a Challenge!

CLOCK/TIME

Decided to go on a little bus journey today and on the way saw this wonderful, old-fashioned clock shop, so made a note to get off the bus on the way back and take a photograph - I was going to try and get back on track and do the July Challenge in order, but as I am now "out of order" figured that I may as well carry on that way!

So here is my contribution to the HeartFreek July Photo Challenge for Clock/Time.

Now I am retired, my time is my own so I can get up when I like and go to bed when I like, and those who know me, will know I am often up quite late - that must be who Number 1 son gets it from! I still try and use my time wisely though.

I'm sure most people will know these words:

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
Ecclesiastes 3 : 1-8

You can listen to the song recorded by The Byrds in 1965 here.

P.S. You also get another reflection of me!
