For those of you who have been having trouble finding the bird in my entries lately, I'm hoping this one will present less of a challenge. Say's Phoebe, as subtly indicated by the arrow. This is a juvenile (given the russet wing bars and yellow bit of the bill) hanging about South Tufa State Reserve at Mono Lake.
