Little Tragedy

Going through the park this morning with Bramble, I spotted this bundle on the ground. My inquisitive nose took me towards it, and I realised it was a birds nest with some feathers nearby.  So a little tale of nature at work, a tragedy for one creature but breakfast for another.

I think it has similarities to one I posted a while ago, but it is elongated and closed apart from the opening. Q Long Tailed Tit?
