Earth Day

Well I thought today was Arbor Day but that is not until Friday. Anyway this shot of a tree will work for Earth Day, too.
What caught my eye here was that the bloom came directly out of the tree trunk instead of sprouting from a branch higher up. The message seemed to be that one does not need to get to the top before adding beauty to the whole.
