Old Friends

Today we drove to Killarney and enjoyed the Killarney National Park. The shots are from the lake side of the Muckross House, the heyday of which was the visit of Queen Victoria & family in August 1861. The extra shows the same scene from the opposite direction - note that the kite visits both photos.

The old friends are my wife and her friend - their friendship is 55 years old.
