Nature Diary... Pink-Sizzle Geranium

This is he first flower to open this year on this precious plant which I've had for several years and which has survived every winter with no help from me.
I know more about fishing than I know about horticulture as we spent many happy times with my father, fishing in Klinger's Ponds in my home county of Kent when I was a youngster. 
But never-the-less some plants seem to manage to survive being in my 'care' and this little gem is one of them :-D
