In other news - Happy new sofa!! Before we installed it we had to break up the old one so I could take it down the tip recycling centre in the land rover. Jings that was a job and a half, took us hours. I thought a stanley blade to the fabric and a few screws would  complete the task. No, screws, staples, dowels, industrial strength glues. Really solid construction and put together in such a way that the bit you needed to get at was obstructed by another bit you couldn't get until the first bit was removed. Like a big Chinese puzzle. Got there in the end.
