A Flight of Fantasy

After a wet start the day brightened up and we had clear blue sky most of the day. After all the grey granite of my photograph yesterday I thought it would be nice to have a more attractive view. This Palace seems to be inspired by French or Italian architecture.

In the photograph, yes there was a photograph, the palace and gardens replace the Queen’s Cross Church and tenement office buildings. An improvement on reality even though photographically it does not depict the actual scene.
