Not quite what we ordered!

A very long day, leaving home this morning just after 10 and arriving home just before 10. Lots of jobs done in Chester including collecting my 40th Anniversary ring which had lost one of the rubies. Due to only owning it for under 12 months and not wearing it everyday it was repaired with no charge. Very happy girl. Walked back to the car to find a note written on a piece of cardboard under the wiper. Lovely gentleman had been behind a bus and seen him swipe my car and drive on. He took the trouble to say the time, how it happened, the reg of the bus and his phone number if I needed a statement for insurance. Many thanks indeed. Didn’t bother with lunch as we were too cheesed off. Tea at IKEA on the way home which made us feel better. Roll on tomorrow to follow up on everything.
