…a wee shed tidy yesterday!

Today’s treadmill walk was conducted in much tidier surroundings. Grateful for that.

I have been grateful for our treadmill these last few weeks, it has allowed me to gradually increase the intensity and length of my walks. Thought it was a bit of a mad purchase in January 2023 but it has actually proved it’s worth.

Hoping to get back on the bike soon.
