Sole

Petrale sole with brown butter and lemon, and green beans. Vaillons Chablis Premier Cru Vielles Vignes 2018.

I intend to make a sole meunière, but I forgot to pick up parsley. I finished it with some fennel pollen. The wine was exquisite!
