Tree Peony

Something of a disappointment, the garden Tree Peony has only produced one flower this year which is not yet fully open. I had better interrogate the Interweb to see what the cause might be. After the overnight rain has cleared, a dry day followed with plenty of broken cloud and still on the cool side despite sunny intervals.
